Let’s Get Raw & Real about Addiction, Codependency & Recovery

Hey Sisters,

My name is Mikki Proffitt, and I am a Heart Centered Recovery Coach that works with women all around the world who love someone who struggles with addiction.

Today I am popping in for just a minute to see how you’re doing and to ask you a few really important questions.

  1. Are you a woman who loves someone who struggles with addiction or an addictive pattern of any kind?
  2. If so, how are you doing?  How are you feeling?  How is your life going?  Are you happy, healthy, or satisfied?
  3. And how times have you tried so hard to change your addicted loved one, your circumstances, your environment, and yourself, only to wind up right back where you started, so often with even bigger problems and difficulties?
  4. How often have you told yourself or someone else I will never do this again, whatever this is, and meant it?

First and foremost, I want to let you know that you are not alone!  That after 30 years, each and every woman I’ve ever worked with, including myself, has been right there.  What if I were to tell you that you can change, you don’t have to live like this anymore, and I could guarantee that?

I decided it was time that I created a place where women could come and prepare for the journey of change, to move from feeling trapped, alone, scared, and confused into a place of feeling empowered, purpose, and free.

I want to invite you to join other women and me in a Free 4-Week Online Series

Preparing for the Journey of You Through Codependency

Over the course of 4-weeks, you have the opportunity to learn:

  1. What codependency is and isn’t.
  2. What change is and isn’t.
  3. What is your next best step?
  4. How to take that step.

You see, so often, women prepare more to go on vacation or to the grocery store than they do to begin to change the very thing that keeps them feeling trapped.

I’ll guide you out of that mindset.

Together we’re going to get real and talk about what it’s like and what it means to love an addict by breaking the silence and shining a light on the hidden places of secrets, shame, and sorrow, moving out of feeling trapped and alone into a place of freedom.

About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
