Slow down and cultivate your ability to witness and connect to your stillness and silence through a daily meditation or breathwork practice. Better yet, join me on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. -
Forgive.
Forgive yourself, God, forgive those around you, forgive the world, and especially forgive your petty tyrants. -
Realize where you are.
Establish yourself in the present moment and then take action. It isn’t until we get honest about who and where we are that we can decide where we’re going. -
Establish a daily gratitude practice.
Make a list each day of the 10 things you’re grateful for. Gratitude changes your physiology. It produces feel-good hormones and helps to create a new, positive perspective. -
Give Yourself Permission.
To become whole, heal, awaken your most divine self, and redefine yourself beyond your circumstances, you must give permission to do the work, allow change, and get the support/help you deserve. Remember, none of us heals alone. We need community, guidance, and support along the way.
