Have you ever felt the weight of loss, pain, and struggle?

Silly question, right?

I want to speak directly to you today. If you’ve ever felt weighed down by pain, loss, or struggle, you are not alone. Healing is a journey that you don’t have to take alone, and you’re not meant to.

That’s why I’m offering a special breathwork circle: “Heal Brave: Breathing Through Pain, Loss, and Struggle.” This is my heartfelt invitation to embark on a journey of healing and growth, using the power and medicine of your breath to navigate and transcend the weight of your loss.

Yet, these emotions can be as disruptive as that one pesky mosquito that manages to ruin an entire night’s sleep. Just when you think you’re free, there it is, buzzing back into your consciousness.

Only by choosing to stop running, ignoring, or avoiding your pain can you take an active role in your healing process. Only by entering into and embracing your deeply rooted emotions will you discover the path to lightness and freedom, finding your way to love, joy, peace, and fulfillment.

If you deny yourself the experience and expression of your pain, you also deny yourself the full experience and expression of love.

They are two sides of the same coin, inseparable companions on this journey of life. True healing comes when you embrace both, allowing your sorrows to carve out deeper spaces within you that can be filled with love.

While you may not be quite ready to enter into those painful places, you can be brave, and the Universe listens to your bravery!

Here’s your first step to Brave!

  • What is the deepest pain, loss, or struggle that you are holding in your heart right now?
  • Which three powerful emotions surface the most when you think about your journey?
  • How long have these emotions been part of your life story?

Here’s your second step to Brave!

Join us for Sunday’s Breathwork Circle. Together, we will find the courage to embrace our struggles and transform them into sources of strength and hope.

Take this opportunity to step into your bravery. Let your breath be the guide to healing and growth on your journey towards lightness and freedom.

About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
