What would it feel like to be truly fulfilled and authentically yourself?

To stop searching outside of yourself for happiness?

If you’re here today, it’s likely because you crave a life filled with “more”…more love, passion, joy, abundance…more genuine moments…?

But you sometimes feel trapped in your day-to-day life and the expectations of others.

Maybe it’s that years of ignoring your true self has left you hiding in plain sight, feeling disconnected from your vibrant, passionate, and fulfilled self.

Or maybe you’ve got so many other people to consider as part of a “good life” – family, career, a home –

yet, in quiet moments of honesty, you can’t help but wonder… “Is this all there is? There has to be something more.

And then you quickly shut down that ache inside, feeling guilty or ashamed for ever having thought or felt that way, secretly suffering silence.

So, what does LOVE have to do with this?

EVERYTHING!

Love- true love, is an inside job that begins with loving yourself first.
Love- true love can only be given and received to the degrees you love yourself.
Love- true love is…

    • Telling yourself the radical truth because the most important person you must be honest with is YOU!
    • Holding yourself to a high standard, doing the tough work, taking action,  no more excuses, procrastination, or waiting.
    • Being willing to put yourself first.  Invest in yourself, body, mind, soul, and spirit.
    • Knowing and cultivating your self-worth which is your birthright to belong and be loved.

And, if you’re BRAVE enough to step onto the path of change, stay the course, and become your true, most authentic, unapologetic self,  Love will fill your heart, be your guiding light, and lead you in the direction of your dreams come true.

And because you were brave, your love will light the path and guide others to follow.

      About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
