Let each one of us boldly and compassionately embrace change! You and I must be the change that we want to see in the world.

Let’s commit to shedding outdated patterns, habits, and mindsets. It starts with each of us tending to our wounds and taking responsibility for our own healing so we can come together in truth, love, and compassion, fostering harmony and co-creating a world that is safe, unified and shines with our collective brilliance.

It’s up to each of us to do this so that together we can weave a tapestry of a world reflecting our inherent beauty and interconnectedness.

Reflection on the Past Year

      • What significant events or experiences have defined this past year for me?
      • What have I achieved, learned, or overcome that I’m proud of?
      • What challenges or obstacles have I faced, and how have they shaped me?

Letting Go

      • What thoughts, habits, or emotions am I ready to release or let go of as we approach the end of the year?
      • Are there any grudges, regrets, or negative patterns that I wish to leave behind?
      • How can I symbolically or emotionally release these burdens to create space for new beginnings?

Embracing Change

      • What changes am I willing to make as the days grow longer after the solstice?
      • What new goals, aspirations, or intentions do I want to set for the upcoming year?
      • What decisions, commitments, and actions must I make in order to create change? Am I willing to do the work?

Gratitude and Intentions

      • What am I grateful for from the past year, and how can I express this gratitude?
      • What intentions or affirmations do I want to set for myself moving forward into the new year?
      • How can I infuse my daily life with a sense of gratitude and purpose as I move beyond the solstice?
About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
