You Breathe!
Your lungs are the organ of grief and sadness, and as you connect with your lungs using the healing power of your breath you will enter into those unexpressed, repressed, congested stories of loss, that when left unattended, ignored, and pushed down block our access to our heart and soul.
Your breath is a potent and powerful healer that allows you to become willing to experience, feel, and surrender you will experience a release, a shift as you create space for new life to begin to bloom.
Offering yourself understanding and compassion because grief is messy, it is not done in stages it is done in layers, over the course of time. You grieve until grief says you are done.
When you grieve you are saying:
My loss matters
My trauma counts
My feelings matter
I’m worth crying over.
My loss is the worst.
I am allowed to feel however I feel.
I am not alone
I am grieving, and that’s okay.
