Codependency is simply or not so simply the separation from your heart, a break, fragmentation, or distance from the place within yourself where your true self lives, breathes, dreams, and creates.  The place where love is born, cultivated, nourished, freely given first to yourself and then given freely to the world around you.  Your Heart❤️

Codependency fears you into doing by saying things like,  you aren’t enough, who do you think you are, what kind of woman, look how easy it is for,  try harder, do more, be more, and ONLY when that happens will you be enough, capable or worthy of love.

Codependency asks you to look outside your heart and into the world around you to find your worth,  validation, permission, acceptance, love, and identity.  It feasts on finding value and meaning through the external.  Things like a degree, work, Facebook, tik tok, Twitter, the latest trend, how much money you have, trying to convince you that when you accomplish x, y, or z, you will finally fill that empty void that is ravenous and desperate to be filled.  When your hear cry’s out to you asking you to stop looking on the outside and start looking on the inside, will you listen? You must listen inward.

Your beautiful heart, on the other hand,  loves you into being, saying be still and know that you are divinity, you are sovereign, you are worthy of all you dare to dream, that you most beloved are love itself.

Love says, don’t let the projection, expectations, definitions, or demands of others define you, belittle you or require you to stay small, hidden, or silent. 

Rise up in your true nature and highest self.

Love says you are the creator and hero of your own story, and when you listen to love, you walk in strength, speak your truth, live in peace and move with grace and ease no matter what the world around you is doing.

So Sisters, What is the way to reverse codependency?
It is by returning home to your heart.  It is the day you choose YOU and begin your true journey, your homecoming back to your heart.

Your Heart is the Medicine Woman that freely offers all  healing
Your Heart is your connection to all of creation
Your Heart is perfect divinity
