Cacao Ceremony and Sacred Circle – A Women’s Gathering
We gather In Circle as an act of self care, tending, and belonging. We bring our authentic selves, longing, joy, and sorrow. We come together, away from the pressure of our daily lives to create something beautiful – a place where we can come home to ourselves and be held in sisterhood.
Circle is not for one type of woman, it is for all women. We all long to be held, and to be able to share our voices, our joys, and sorrows in an authentic way. Circle is a space that is free of hierarchy. We gather to know and be known. To give and to receive. Here we all walk together. No matter the differences in our lives, and experiences we find common ground and help to lift eachother up through practices of care and intention.

What to Bring:
| Wear loose clothing
| An eye pillow for breathwork and meditation
| Please BYOM (Bring Your Own Mug) for our cacao ceremony
| Yoga mat and any blankets/pillows to make yourself comfortable
| A journal and something to write with
| Any fruits/flowers/sacred items to add to the altar as an offering
| Photographs, heirlooms, and other mementos that might represent what you hope to call in for this
next cycle
| Please avoid eating anything heavy 1-2 hours before hand

Please arrive promptly. We will have the doors open at 5pm and we will close them at 5:30pm. It is important for the integrity of our container that we are able to close the doors and step into ceremony together in a timely manner.
