Grief is not a problem to be solved. Grief is an experience to be carried.

Heal Bravely

A 6-Day Journey through Loss, Pain, and Struggle.

Are you ready to take the first step toward healing from your grief and loss?

Your path to healing and transformation starts now. Embrace each step with an open heart and mind, and watch as your loss transforms into a new beginning filled with light and possibility.

Recognizing and accepting your grief is the first, most courageous step toward healing.

Why Acknowledging Grief Matters

Acknowledging grief is not just about healing; it’s about rebirth. It’s about finding strength in vulnerability, wisdom in pain, and hope in despair. When we give ourselves permission to grieve openly and honestly, we reclaim our lives, transformed and resilient.

Don’t let the world rush you through your pain, but let me guide you through the journey of acknowledging and embracing your grief. Join us on this transformative path, and discover the power of healing, integration, and a life that, while different, can still be profoundly beautiful.

Say “Yes” to acknowledging grief, and say “Yes” to a life that’s more profound, more meaningful, and more whole.

Together, we journey, and together, we heal.

From my heart to yours,

Mikki

About your Guide, Mikki Proffitt

I’m Mikki Proffitt, Women’s Path to Change Doula and Sacred Healing Guide, dedicated to helping you become the hero of your own story. It’s never too late, and you’re never too old or too young to begin your transformative journey.

With over 35 years of experience, I’m a certified addictions counselor, EFT practitioner, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and grief movement guide. I’ve worked extensively with families and women affected by addiction, trauma, and grief.

Growing up in a home where addiction and a lack of safety, trust, and love were constant companions, I know firsthand how deeply and profoundly these experiences shape us. These traumas leave imprints on our bodies, creating a lasting sense of dysregulation and dysfunction that follows us long after we’ve left those environments. They touch every corner of our lives—our relationships, our beliefs, and our behaviors—trapping us in cycles of fear and self-preservation without even knowing it.
