Chakras or Wheels of Life is an energy system that contains seven main Chakras that are aligned in a column that begins at the base of your spine and extends to the top of your head.  They’re located symmetrically up your body, each spaced a distance of about seven fingers from the tailbone to the crown of your head.

This is where our minds and our bodies intersect.  Each chakra has its own unique, distinct, and vital function and characteristics that impact our entire being, body, mind, and spirit.  

These seven Chakras or junction points house our relationships, our creativity, our dreams and desires, our ability to receive and give love, our voice, our choices, our purpose, our connection to self, and our connection to Source.  

 And within our physical body, these seven Chakras are also the largest concentration of our blood vessels, nerve endings, hormonal surges, electrical wiring, immune functions, digestion of food, experiences, and emotions, and the vital energy that fuels our BREATHING, tickles our brain and beats our heart.

The CHAKRAS are REAL!

Once all seven Chakra centers are opened and opened wide the sacred power of Universal Energy flows into you, through you, and out of you easily and smoothly.  Once your energy is flowing through you freely everything aligns and begins to merge with everything outside of you.

That means that every seed you plant on the inside, blossoms, and blooms on the outside leading to a natural and effortless manifestation.  One of the keys to this is allowing yourself to get still, use your breath and allow your breath to release what is blocking that specific chakra and release that block.

Each Chakra has a purpose and its own unique characteristics.

1st-Root Chakra: The element of Earth.

This is the chakra of survival and security.

When we awaken this chakra we gain stability in the world, we gain connectedness, we stop hiding or isolating ourselves and we find it easier to establish boundaries in our life. 

This is the heaviest of the chakras, the foundation, and the support system for all of the other chakras.

2nd-Sacral Chakra: The element of Water

This is your chakra of emotions and sexuality.

When we awaken this chakra our creativity and ability for coming up with new ideas, and new relationships, are directly related to our sexual energy which is not about sex, but rather your divine feminine energy. Awakening this chakra allows you to own your divine feminine and to have new concepts and new ideas, new pathways, and new belief systems, and move out of those areas where you are stuck.

3rd -Solar Plexus: The element of Fire

When we awaken this chakra we live from a place of our personal power, strong self-esteem, and will.

This is your lock it down, get it done, follow through chakra. This is your transformation chakra, where you move past excuses and actually transform areas in your life that are stuck and evolve them into beautiful flowing expressive aspects of your higher self and your purpose.

4th- Heart Chakra: The element of Air

This is the chakra of Love

When we awaken this chakra we are living a whole-hearted, love-centered life.

This is your center of forgiveness, love, peace, tranquility, compassion, and empathy.  Most of us have blockages in this area.  We hold back from giving and receiving love. We build barriers between our hearts and love.  So when we expand this chakra and allow life force energy to flow through all those barriers to love come down.  We live with love, we lead with love, and we become pure love.

5th-Throat Chakra:  The element of Sound

This is the chakra of communication and creativity.

When we awaken this chakra we have the freedom of expression,  communicate clearly, and speak our truth, This is your permission center. This is your voice in the world. So if you’ve been holding back, playing small, if you’re not sure how to express yourself in the world, whether in the business, personal or relationship world, as you expand this chakra you elevate your voice.

6th-Third Eye: The element of Light

This is the chakra of clairvoyance, intuition, and imagination.

When we awaken this chakra we have easier, more fluid, and deeper access to our insight. This is our vision chakra, not just our two eyes, but the divine guidance that can move us throughout life.  Sometimes we’re resistant to it, sometimes we don’t trust it.  By expanding this chakra and awakening the energy flow in it we can step into our power, own our impact, and flow through the world as better versions of ourselves.

7th-Crown Chakra: The element of Thought

This is the chakra of knowledge, understanding, and transcendent consciousness.

When we awaken this chakra our connection to Source, to Spirit to our Highest Self ignites and allows all of the energy to flow into us, through us, and out of us and we become more divinely connected to the universe.
