“You must be willing to let go of the life you planned in order to have the life you want, the life that’s waiting for you.”    Joseph Campbell

We all have our “ways,” and while some of those “ways” or patterns of belief, behavior, thinking, or being serve you well, others aren’t!  They are the old familiar, comfortable, unnoticed, overlooked, or unquestioned parts of yourself that you have likely been conditioned to believe or passed down through the generations.  Aren’t you tired of being told who you are or are not?  Isn’t it time to reclaim your most empowered, beautiful self?

Today, I invite and challenge you to pause, reflect and ask yourself what old patterns, beliefs, or behaviors are getting in your way, causing you to play small, settle for less, or, as I like to say, accept crumbs.

What if you chose to let go of those parts of yourself and your life that are holding you back as you close out 2022, not waiting for the New Year, but rather preparing for it by creating space for the life you’ve been wanting and waiting for and that’s waiting for you?

We really have to clear things out to create space for new and better things to enter our lives.

You’ve heard me talk a lot about breathwork lately, the immediate release, the power, the potency, and the healing that can happen in one session. As I’ve mentioned before, my life radically changed the first time I did this type of breathwork.  And I can’t think of a better gift to offer you than the gift of breathwork, especially at this time of year.

Breathwork is the most powerful way I’ve come to know and experience to clear the clutter and make room for the life that’s waiting for you.

Please join me on Sunday mornings for a powerful Breathwork practice focused on releasing these old, tired, worn-out, destructive patterns and creating space inside for new, expansive, empowering ways to begin to be formed and take root.

I have prepared a safe and sacred space just for you to release old patterns of behavior, beliefs, and triggers, a place to find an inner peace that will carry you throughout the rest of this year and into the New Year.  A place to root and ground into that solid, unshakeable place within yourself, no matter what the world around you is saying or doing.

About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
