This what I most often hear from those who come to breathwork,

“This was the most powerful thing I’ve ever experienced. My life will never be the same.”

We all have “stuff,” and most of us don’t realize that we’ve been storing it (pushing it down) in our bodies until we have the opportunity to release it.  It becomes familiar and unnoticed, coming out at inopportune times and often sideways. It can manifest as a health problem, addiction, relationship struggles, lack of motivation, or other ways.  We now know that stress causes heart disease, autoimmune disease, depression, anxiety, obesity, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, and so on.

What if I told you that a breathing technique would clear out all of this stored negative emotional baggage from your body? Not only that, but you will feel the release happen in the very first session.

What I’ve heard time and time again is that the results afterward are undeniable.

I’ve been asked if doing the breathwork online is as powerful as in person, and the answer is yes, and in some ways, even more powerful.

Here’s why:

    • It’s easier for people to let go and allow themselves to experience the power of breathwork when they’re in the privacy and safety of their own homes.
    • You don’t have to drive or go anywhere afterward.
    • You can lay there and enjoy the benefit and payoff for as long as you like.
    • There is no one else around to distract you.
    • We all need this so badly right now.

The first time I tried breathwork, my life changed FOREVER! But please don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself!

I’m now doing these transformational breathwork classes online, the first 3 Sundays of each month at 8 am (PST) / 12pm  (EST)

Breathwork class length are 60-75 minutes long.  Please don’t drive immediately afterward.

About Mikki Proffitt
My mission in life is to create a space where women like you can share your stories from a place of truth, vulnerability, and safety. Where you can be raw and real, without masks or pretense. You can come as you are, feel seen, heard, held, and witnessed without judgment, and be surrounded by love. As a woman whose own healing journey through childhood trauma, abuse, and addiction I have spent over three decades in a career of service to others as an addictions counselor, trauma-informed breathwork, grief movement, and EFT Practioner. My deepest desire is that my work helps women end their suffering as they remember who they are, reclaim their power, and reignite their purpose.
